What is your Standard Returns and Refund Policy?
IBLF will accept returns and replace items or refund customers in the following circumstances:
- Goods are found to be damaged or faulty or were incorrectly supplied.
We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs) based on customer choice Replacement or refund will be made when goods are received back in stock.
- The item does not meet with your requirements.
We will refund the ordered item only (all postage costs will be incurred by the customer) subject to the following conditions:
- The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the UK.
- It must be in pristine and resalable condition.
- A copy of the delivery note or receipt must accompany it.
This policy excludes sales of magazines, electronic books, video, CD, DVD and goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
The Returns Policy does not affect consumer statutory rights.
Consumer Statutory Rights - Seven days cooling-off period:IBLF operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy, provided you return your goods within seven working days of the delivery of your order. This policy is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations. A full refund will be given for the returned items, providing they are in their original condition, however, any postage costs incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost. This policy does not extend to any perishable items, sealed audio, video recording or computer software, which are subject to our standard returns policy (see above). In all cases, items should be returned - stating the reason for return and providing full order details - in their original packaging clearly stating choice, to: IBLF PO Box 30, Alton, GU34 4PY, UK Items should be returned to us by the most economical method. They remain your property until we have received them. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed. Please note that our Standard Returns policy also applies to business customers not covered by Consumer statutory rights. Business customers are those customers who purchase items for business use, resale or on a Business Account.
